Ntando completed her Level 5 Registered Manager's Award, strengthening her leadership and deepening her understanding of high-quality care delivery. Driven by her passion for selfdevelopment and her desire to make a meaningful impact, she went on to further her studies by pursuing a master's degree in Occupational Therapy. This advanced training enriches her approach to care, blending clinical insight with compassionate, person-centred practice.
